Link Speech Therapy

SPEECH THERAPY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY:

  • A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and/or

  • A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • An initial consultation

  • A comprehensive assessment

  • A written assessment report and treatment plan

  • Individualized intervention

  • On-going progress monitoring

  • Family or caregiver education and support

Link Speech Therapy will collaborate with other healthcare providers and school teams, including attending IEP meetings upon request.

WHO we serve:

  • Early Intervention (0-3 years)

  • School-age children

  • Adults

WHERE:

  • In-home services provided in Alameda and Contra Costa counties

  • In-office services provided in San Ramon

  • Telehealth

Service location is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on client need and therapist availability.
